Beastside Mosey: Reservoir Beasts
04.27.13
The Beastside Mosey is back with another installment. Theme: Reservoir Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Honey
Badgers, Polar Bears, Tigers and
Raccoons. Dress accordingly. To anyone who has never been on this ride before, what we do, and
what we are may be strange. The
Beastside Mosey is a mellow paced, musical ride. We normally rock two sound bikes, freak bikes and
various other things that will make you
wonder if you have been delivered into some strange, alternate reality where being on your bike is
significantly more fun then going to a
club.
We'll be graced by Dj Burke, we'll have a bonfire. Normally I rant more in these things, but frankly I'm
over it. There is something really
shallow and pedantic about typing out a whole sentence that really means nothing. I mean this is a
fucking awesome bike ride, how much
do I gotta fucking say?
Details you need to know:
Mellow pace we cruise around 10-12 miles an hour, 15 on straight aways.
We have tall bikes, please leave room for the tall bikes at stops, so if we fall while track standing, we
don't fall on you.
We normally have 2 sound bikes with 2 different sound tracks
We are out late, but we ALWAYS return to the meet up. You're welcome to make your way back on
your own, or with us.
We do between 15 and 25 miles on any given night, with 2-5 stops of varying length.
We meet at 6th and Bixel in the parking lot at 9pm. We roll around 10pm. Spoke cards are generally gone
by 9:30, get there on time for a
spoke card. We will have different spoke cards, you get to pick your favorite.
Stay behind the sound bike.
No, we wont tell you where were going.
