Loop Style 10 laps, each lap is a mile long. Easy, rollers, low tech stuff, one very short climb, some inclines. Faster gearing ok. We've done

this one before with the slingshots if you've been on it then you know what to expect if not everything we've done this time has been longer

and harder.

After you finish we're going to break off into teams of even/odd finishers and play some capture the flag. The winning team gets double

points for the heat!

You will also be given a foam sword to battle with so not only do you have to ride, you have to fight. It will be so fun!

I will be doing a small give-away of some bikes parts and stuff and a hand built coaster brake wheel set after the run.

We will be rolling back to Atomic Cycles to do a after event bb-q.
