Monday Night Rehab.....(818)

A friendly group of fun loving people on bikes...

We will go around and around....and around The Valley area
(818)....

.

We ride between 15 - 20 miles

We ride about a 13-17 mph pace

But stop constantly to keep the group...well....a group..

All people who take the red line over to the Valley will be
back in time for the last train
(scouts honor)

We meet at 8PM and leave @ 9PM every Monday SHARP!!!!!

So don't be late....

We will meet at South Weddington Park (Please pickup the
trash you bring)
....

What you need.....

-lights...

-A working bike...

-A good attitude....

- Tubes, tools and all that fun stuff you will need to fix your
bike....

- Anything you think you would need ride (water,juice, etc...)

Please follow the rules of the road (stay on the right side of
the road, stay on the right side of the
road...pretty much don't be a jackass)

So come out....come out....
