SoCalCross CXLA Weekend: Cross After Dark - Single Speed Cyclocross Worlds

CXLA Weekend is a 3-day cyclocross-centric celebration of the bicycle under the lights of downtown Los Angeles!

SoCalCross PRESTIGE SERIES is set to host a weekend of world class cyclocross racing including the first ever Junior Men's (17-18)

UCI race and the final race of the UCI Cross After Dark Series: Cross Vegas, St Louis, Cincinnati and Los Angeles! www.socalcross.org

Also, the 2012 Single Speed Cyclocross World Championships (SSCXWC) will take place for the first time in LA! www.sscxwc2012.com

Together our passion for the bicycle together we will bring a full scale cyclocross party and cyclocross racing at its finest!

Saturday, December 1st...

SSCXWC qualifiers begin at 9AM

SoCalCross PRESTIGE SERIES (SCPS #12) racing begins at 12:30pm then at 6pm we'll be treated to some exciting UCI elite racing!

5:45pm Light up your bike parade

6p-UCI Junior Men (age 17-18) race

7p-UCI Elite Men/Cross After Dark Final

8p-UCI Elite Women/Cross After Dark Final

The party continues as SSCXWC hosts a CX night ride to the party at Golden Road Brewery!

Sunday, December 2nd...

8am Steeple XXX Cross Run

8:30am Geared racing begins on the SSCXWC course!

then UCI CXLA Elite racing begins!
