Cycle to Green the Eastside!

Bike Ride from East Los Angeles to Long Beach & Learn about Some sweet projects taking place in LA

This Bike Ride will meet at 9 am from Vernonâ€™s Los Angeles River Bike path.

For those who cannot make the early 9am start, the ride will have its first stop at Maywood Riverfront Park and will wait till 10am for those who cant make the early start.

We will ride 7.2 miles to our 1st stop at Ralph C. Dills Park, where we will have Story telling to inform riders on projects that pertain to summer solutions program. Such as the Sierra Clubâ€™s Beyond Coal Campaign and PETA
Water and bathroom break.

Next we will ride 2.7 miles to our 2nd stop at Deforest Park, where will be having story telling from LA CAUSA, Raices Roots Ridas.
Lunch and bathroom break.

After will ride 7.4 miles to the final destination to Santa Cruz Park in Long Beach.

ACE (Alliance for Climate Education)

Then we will be taking Public Transportation via Light rail back to the Los Angeles area.

SUGGESTED DONATION: 25$ and is on a sliding scale basis, and can register day at Greentheeastide.com
