Workin’ Out Wednesday





Who likes Wednesdays? I mean, I guess they are a lot better than Mondays, but they still suck! Everything’s boring, work is long, and

you’re stuck in limbo between last weekend’s adventures and the crazy weekend that’s ahead of you. You’ve already completed the shitty

part of the week, so, lets get our hustle on and get geared for the weekend!



That being said, this ride is a medium-paced ride that goes roughly 20-30+ miles through the streets of the South Bay. The route is usually

pre-determined and posted on Rapha Rendezvous. Download iPhone app > http://itun.es/iFS6CP search for Workin’ Out Wednesday. We

meet at 5PM at Smith’s Cycle located at 2073 Pacific Coast Highway, Lomita, CA 90717 and roll out at 6PM. We ride ½ the route and stop at

a grocery store or liquor store for food and refreshments and head to a nearby park or location for a 30 minute break or so, then head back

and end at or near Smith’s cycle.



This is the first ride so it'll just a chill ride and see who shows up. It's going from Lomita to Carson (Home Depot Center) maybe look at their

Velodrome then head to the lighthouse in Long Beach and have some celebratpry beers and then ride back. Get ready to have some fun!



For those coming from Long Beach/LA/etc we’ll have you back in time for you to catch your last Bus/Train/Taxi.



Bring:

Any working bike

A helmet if you love your dome

Money (beer ain't free!)

Lights

Tools, tires, tubes

Your smile

It

If you’re from the South Bay and you ride, COME JOIN US! If you’re from anywhere close by (or anywhere for that matter!), the 232 Metro

runs up and down PCH, come out and meet new riders, check out their bikes, get some exercise and have a great time. Spoke cards upon
