Pleasure Chest Romance Ride

Hey bitches,



Take a fun, free
trivia-filled tour into the tortured heart of the Hollywood dream factory! From the tragic to the tawdry, ride your
two-wheeled steed on an adventure through the lesser known landmarks of both the real and fictional drama
of showbiz romance. This easy ride ends at The Pleasure Chest with a costume contest, beer and wine,
popcorn, cupcakes, vintage smut films & more!


Thanks to THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY
BICYCLE COALITION for loaning bike parking racks so you can:
  • Lock up
    your bike to the racks,

  • Hang out inside the pleasure chest
    after the ride,

  • have some treats,

  • and maybe shop for leathery, squishy, poky fun things.






WHERE?

The Pleasure Chest, 7733 Santa Monica Blvd (between Spaulding and Genesee). Meet in the parking lot!




WHEN?

Sunday, February 19 @ 1pm. Tour begins at 1:30pm and will last approximately 90 minutes.

You. And your bike! Join us.



WHAT TO WEAR?

The costume theme is “Red Romance.”

We’ll be giving away fabulous Pleasure Chest prizes in the following categories

-Most Red

-Most Romantic

-Most Risque



Remember that this a winter ride! Bring warm clothes if you think you’ll need ‘em, but be ready to let your
tassels and awesome dongs swing free, if that's what you need to do.



WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

This will be an easy ride with no big hills. We’ll go at a slow and easy pace with frequent stops. Route
slips will be included and expert bicycle mechanics will accompany us on this tour. Your fearless ride leaders
and the bumpin’ beats of the bicycle boombox will enable you to hear us wherever we go. If you’re planning
to enjoy the afterparty at the store, lock your bike to some of West Hollywood's abundant blue-painted street
furniture.
