2 night easy bike tour Goleta>Los Angeles

Anyone interested in a short 2 night bike tour from Goleta to Los Angeles this coming friday Jan 27 ????

We will catch a morning train from Union Station, DTLA, taking it to Goleta (one stop past Santa Barbara, approx 30 bucks),

then ride a leisurely 30 miles to the seaside hike/bike site in Carpinteria, having a nice lunch in Santa Barbara enroute,,,pitch a tent, hit the

brewpub 50 yards from the camp and continue to the retro steakhouse 100 yards past that ( they have vegetarian options).

wake up saturday and ride the approx 55/60 miles to Leo Carillo hiker biker site in Malibu, pick up groceries on the way, and camp/ cook

out at the hiker biker site at Carillo..

Sunday, ride the approx 30/40 miles back to LA.

If you have wanted to tour , this is a good intro, 2 experienced friends will be going, we wanted to extend the invite to anybody interested.

low to medium tempo, just like a long tour.. one could do it on a single speed.

need to be mostly self sufficient, we will help you as we can.
