FUN PATROL
Welcome to Fun Patrol-LA a ride that takes you on a Sunday adventure through Los Angeles. This is a social medium paced (10-15 mph) bicycle ride for ridazz looking to do something FUN and awesome Sunday afternoon/evenings and still be home by 9/10PM.

WHY?
To have a social ride, perhaps a cold beer and see some art on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
If you care to read on:
Each ride will be 10-15 miles round trip -- there will be hills (especially downhills) so brakes are necessary and cruisers you will struggle at times depending on the route and your skill level. There will be two stops -- our destination and our return to the start. The adventure will vary by week -- a trip to a brewery, picnic in the park, stop in on an art exhibit, dips in pools, hanging out at a speakeasy and etc (that’s right etc!).
In short this is your opportunity to get your bootie out of the house, onto a bike and meet some fascinating new friends while avoiding direct sunlight. You are now apart of FUNpatrol. Ride on!
This ride is for:
* Adventurous interesting folks (you)
* 21+ -- Because we may have a taste of spirits at a destination that require you to be of age.
*Riders who know the rules of the road (we share the road safely or you will be asked to leave aka say the efff in the right lane and we’re stopping at lights).
This ride is not:
* A race -- but again I must stress this will not be at a snails pace be prepared to use those legs -- eat and stretch before -- the ride starts begins at the top of a hill and we're going down Sunset which I guess could be considered rolling hills.
* For minors -- 21+
Things to bring:
A bike (in working order -- check your tire pressure before coming)
Locks (U-Lock and cable for tires)
Lights
Tubes
Tools
Helmet
Water
Money (food + spirits)
Snacks
No rider left behind (but if your bike keeps breaking we will put you on a bus home) we will re-group on hills if necessary.

Meet and Ride
This ride is a nice intro into Fun Patrol -- short and sweet. Round trip 12 miles.
Meet up at the top of Barnsdall Park 4PM
Leave at 4:30 (SHARP not MR time)
Return by 9PM
We’re heading east into downtown you can probably guess the spot. There’s a bike lane for the majority of the trip -- with hills. Also -- this is particularly good for newbies/first dates to midnight ridazz -- there’s a metro station kinda near by that you can bail after and ride the redline back. Stay behind the ride leader!
