Spoke(n) Art Ride - a GOOD TIME to be HAD BY ALL
09.8.07
Saturday, September 8, 2007
START TIME: 6:30 pm (ride will leave at 6:45 pm)
This Saturday, September 8, 2007 the Spoke(n) Art Ride will roll through North East Los Angeles, stopping at several art galleries open for NELA Art's gallery night, and finish with a hot fizzle at the former home of the Bike Oven's new location at 3706 N. Figueroa St. Los Angeles, Ca 90065.
This month, the ride will start at the corner of Figueroa Street and York Blvd. at the veterans memorial flag pole. Try to get to the pole at 6:30 p.m. to roll with the crew to the first gallery. If you want to hook up with the ride later, call 310-902-5439 for the ride's coordinates.
Bring your money (to buy art), your bike, your friends, their bikes, some blinky lights, and an attitude that will get you through what will surely be (yet another) strange evening out in the wilds of the NELA.
Oh, no foam hats required, no fees to pay, nor releases to sign. Donatin' sum $ to the galleries wouldn't hurt, however.
The ride begins and ends at:
The Corner of Figueroa and York in Highland Park at 6:30 p.m.
There will be an after party at 3706 N. Figueroa St. Los Angeles ,CA - a GOOD TIME to be HAD BY ALL.
