This weeks screening will be: THE DECLINE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION PART II: THE METAL YEARS

A film about those in and surrounding the fantastic Rock Parade that was Hair-Metal. The cast includes infamous LA Hair Bands: Faster Pussycat, London, Lizzy Borden, Odin, and Seduce. Along with Alice Cooper, Ozzy, Poison, and Aerosmith. Truly a fascinating movie about the lives, the dreams, and the hairspray that brought this genre into the limelight for nigh a decade.

Sunset Screening will be shown on the roof top of eighteen-thirty overlooking downtown and echo park. Please make sure to bring blankets, sweaters, pillows, etc to make yourself comfortable and warm. It can get pretty chilly at night.ENTRANCE = 3 $ (beer & wine 2 $) moon and stars complimentary.

--eighteen-thirty is located at the 1830 Offices on Sunset Blvd. in Echo Park. It functions as an experimental performance space, an advocate for accessible and public art, and a gathering place for diverse and inspired minds-
