'DENA BAR HOP like a freakin Pirate!

International Talk Like A Pirate Day is 9-19! Dress and talk like
a pirate a day early for this ride! We must inform the masses!

So you don't want to go all the way to west LA for crankmob?

That's cool, stay over on our side of the hill and ride
around for a few drinks!



This will be a nice chill ride from Pasadena, up to
Altadena and back down, should hit four bars, maybe more
more, maybe less. Not set in stone. Nice chill pace (slow for
you fixie pixies), so ride your cruisers and bring your girl. Bring
lots of girls. This a friendly, courteous and legal no-drop ride.

We'll do about 15+ miles overall. A nice long smooth
uphill first, then all downhill or flat after the first bar. We'll end at
Old Towne Pub (near start-up at Memorial Park Station) They
always have bands playing but I don't know what kind since
they don't post it online or answer their phone.

Memorial Park ,at the flag pole in middle of park (it's a
stop on Gold Line) Holly & Raymond
NOT across from metro station in the little alley where DMSR
will meet



Bring:

Bike with LIGHTS (we will be smashing down Altadena dr
after our second stop, long smooth downhill with NO street
lights for quite a way)

Other stuff you need to bike (Lock, tools, patch kit,
squirrel, tubes, fishin pole, whatever)

Cash! (a few places are cash only)

Herbal medication if needed or if you wish to share with
others
Please don't dress like a thug- Colorado Bar has a "dress code"

under 21 ridazz (not without a good fake ID)



Note:

Riding a bicycle under the influence of alcohol is illegal
and no one here is encouraging or promoting this type of
action. We are simply riding to bars and staying for a time
frame about equivalent to the time it takes to drink a pint of
beer.





Sunday the 19th is International Talk Like A Pirate Day!
There aren't any other pirate rides! WTF?! So this can fill that
hole too! (huh huh he said fill the hole) I might be the only one
dressed as a pirate but that just means I'll have more fun than
you!
