Los Angeles Critical Mass rides through the city of Los Angeles, exerting our right under California Law to ride bicycles on the street.
This is a easy-paced ride.
Currently, this is the largest group ride in Los Angeles. Please ride respectfully and responsibly.
Please follow the instructions of LAPD, they will block intersections and traffic so that we can ride safely and enjoyably.
Please insure that your bicycle complies with the legal requirements. Including front and rear bicycle lights for night riding. If you do not have a brake on your fixed-gear, make sure you can stop quickly and safely using your pedals. If not, put at least one brake on your bike.
We may be joined by San Diego riders, who will be observing LA Critical Mass to see if they can duplicate our success in their city. Please welcome them with open arms.
