Gil Garcetti â€“ Lawyer, Politician, Photographer and Film Producer will address the audience on the reality of bicycle-friendly societies. Heâ€™ll be discussing his new book, â€œParis â€“ Women & Bicycles,â€ which showcases images of Parisian women who not only use a bicycle daily, but as a primary mode of transportation.
