Dumpster Ride and Freegan Meal

Saturday July 24th

8:30PM, ride at 9

Join us for a dumpster bike tour of Pasadena! It's a chance for exercise, food rescuing and fun. We will
meet at the park, and ride to supermarket dumpsters, where we will gather the discarded goodies for
personal redistribution.

The ride will have two or three stops. The ride will be about 5-10 miles long, meeting and ending at
Central Park in Pasadena , across from the Del Mar Metro Station.

We will be cooking a meal together after the ride. We will start cooking at around 11:30 and will finish up
around 1:30 AM. This kitchen is 1/2 mile from the start of the ride.

We will gather at 8:30 and ride at 9PM.

Please bring panniers or a trailer on your bike, if possible. Otherwise, bring bags and/or a backpack to
carry food home.

food anymore. There's no need, and I saw that first-hand. Will definitely be coming back for more. The
banquet at the end of the night was great too, everyone coming together to share and clean and cook and
