south central pedal posse to long beach meeting with ride with no name begginers welcome (taking blue line to LB)

We are having an AM ride to the city of Long beach. The whole idea of this ride is to spread the cycling movement to southern part of los angeles
Let's show the "hood" what cycling is about and help make LA a more bike friendly city aswell as riding through a new city. We will be riding around the area for a few miles then we will catch the blue line to LB
Where we will be meeting up with a group that'll take us throught the city.
There will be a few stops at food joints and at bike shops. Begginner riders are welcome

We will be haveing some competitions on the way:

Longest track stand
Longest hands free riding
Drag races
And trick out

Meeting up at roosevelt park

7600 grahm ave LA CA 90001
(Right next to the blue line compton station)

Meet at 9AM ride out. 10AM

Bring essential
Tubes
Water
Money (food and metro fare)
And lights

We will be back at DTLA in time for the ride with no name.
