Sunday March 7th, 10:00 A.M.

Meets in SFV at Reseda blvd. and Ventura blvd. at the coffee shop on the Northwest corner.

We will be doing the Reseda to the Sea race route that was held back in 1980

Traditionally held on the 1st Sunday of March this was one of the early mtn bike races held in our area.

Promoted by legend Victor Vicentee of America this race drew large fields and riders from Nor Cal such as team Ritchey.

30 years later the idea is to ride a rig similar to that era. Riders rode what they had Cruisers, BMX, Conversions, ect.

LEAVE YOUR 23lb WIZ BANG FULL SUSPENSION 27 SPEED DISC BRAKE EQUIPPED BIKE AT HOME !

The ride will start at Reseda and Ventura blvd and go south on Reseda blvd. towards the hills and coast.

Hitting the Caballero Trail head across from the Briamer country club entrance, climbing up the trail to Dirt Mulholland.

Once on Dirt Mulholland proceed West to the 1st fire road on the left (go around yellow gate)

unless you know the shortcut ?

Stay on the fire road till you hit the Hub Junction, there's a porta potty there. and map kiosk.

If you want to do extra, try the Expert Loop of upper Eagle Rock and lower Eagle Springs this will bring you back to the Hub.

From the Hub go strait towards the coast stay on the fire road, go past the Will Rogers trail head and keep going

till you hit pavement. Go down hill turn right on Palisades Drive continue to Sunset blvd. (traditional finish)

right on Sunset to PCH (1)

Regroup at the beach North of Gladstones and Sunset were the overhead walking bridge is at.

Then your on your own. Ride back or Kick it at the beach
