The movie and chinese food christmas day ride! SFV to SANTA MONICA!

A Christmas Tradition!!

Meet at que Ricos at 12:30pm (Coldwater and Victory)

Ride at 1:00

ok, switching things up - we're riding to the beach!

So, new plan - meet at Que Ricos at 12:30, 1:00 we ride over the hill to santa monica and hang out at the beach, maybe ride down along the coast to venice... we can stop and get chinese food once we get to SM, and if people want we can also see a movie. Or we can just chill on the beach.

If everyone comes with a road bike we can take a very nice, scenic, pretty much car-free route that is pretty steep. If some people are on fixed or single speed we can take sepulveda which should be pretty calm anyways since it is christmas.

on the way back we can ride back over or just bike to downtown and take the subway back

christmas day is the best time of year to go to the movie theater or to a chinese restaurant...plus that's all that is open anywhere :) And we'll have the whole beach to ourselves!! :)
