MEET IN PAN PACIFIC PARK, BY THE PLAYGROUND AND COVERED EATING TABLES
Pan Pacific Park is located between 3rd St. and Beverly Blvd. about 5 blocks east of Farifax Ave.
MEET - 7:30PM
RIDE - 8:30PM
If you like to party it up on rides but also like to do REAL riding on them, then roll with the NEW ride. We ride moderate to party paced, so it will be easy to keep up, but make sure you'll be able to last with miles and hills. We are more of a workout than most party rides in terms of total route length and occasional hill climbing, but we hold a policy of no rider left behind. i will stop and regroup for stragglers whenever necessary. We usually have at least some hills, so be ready to tackle them (for awesome downhills you need to be able to do some uphills too... just pointing it out). the routes are always fun intoxicated routes :). We will do our best to be back early enough so you can get to work on tuesday.
THIS RIDE IS A PARTY RIDE, we will have at least one liquor stop and we are completely 4:20 friendly. The general idea is to ride a good amount (usually 7-12 miles) through cool neighborhoods, then stop at a park to chill and drink and smoke. then we ride off again into the night. i route us on more neighborhood streets than boulevards... less cars and new sights. although there is some of both.
also, PLEASE dont race ahead of the leader, when this happens turns are always overshot and people go the wrong way, splitting the ride.
