The hour goes by quick for those who are fit, but it has proved difficult for many to complete.

Your goal should be to get a good work out & to try to complete the whole hour without getting dropped or quitting.

If you keep coming out you will improve.

You can park at the Walmart Parking lot on Carson.

Ride in to the riverbed heading South.

The next "exit" will be the the "entrance" to El Dorado Park.

Meet at the spot posted below at 8pm.
