I'm still alive

On May 27, 2009 my doctors told me I had 60 days maximum to live.

They told me that once before. May 24, 2005 they told me I had 60 days maximum to live.

4 years and 63 days later, I'm still alive.

This is a celebration of life.

Be ready for a slow paced ride. If you can't handle it, GTFC (get the fuck corking). I promise you if you do sprints from the back to the front all night you will get your workout in. With the recyclebikeÂ® I am pulling just under 100 pounds, so be nice.

Seriously. I mean like 10-14mph slow.
