ALC 09 TRAINING KICKOFF RIDE

Come and join Team Midnight Ridazz for our first kickoff training ride for ALC 09! Come try it out to see what it's like. If you like it join can register and join Team Midnight Ridazz! You can always decide later of course. Just come out and ride with us! THERE WILL BE SPOKE CARDS BECAUSE WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT.

Three rides to choose from:

Category 1 will be an easy flat 12 mile loop of the Burbank Studio area.

Category 2 is a 21 mile double loop with one small 0.7 mile hill in the middle.

Category 3 is a challenging 35 mile trek with a 5 mile climb over La Tuna. this one is mad fun

Griffith Park (Griffith Park & Crystal Springs Drive)

Meet at 7:30am

(All Cyclists MUST arrive in time to sign the Training Ride Waiver and EVERYONE MUST be present for the mandatory safety speech so please plan ahead to arrive on time)

YOU WILL NEED a helmet, gloves, spare tube, patches, pump, water bottle, snacks. Come prepared.
