Santa Barbara RIDAZZ

Meet this Friday at the Santa Barbara AMTRACK train station parking lot at 9PM (ride out 9:10 sharp!). This will be a sweet ride. Slap back on that Halloween costume, or just show up as a bike rider, or don't wear anything at all. The more the merrier so pass this on to your fellow biker friends. Feel free to e-mail any feedback prior to the ride.

The Route:

*Start at the train station,

*Left on State St.

*Left on Carillo (under the freeway)

*Right on San Andreas

*Right on Mission

*quick Left on Modoc

*Right on Las Positas

*Left on Calle Real

*Right on Hitchcock Way (by the car dealerships)

*Right on State St.

*bear right on De La Vina (we'll stop for a minute at the Coffee Bean on the corner to make sure we are all there)

*Left on Mitcheltorena

*Right on State St.

*Right on Gutierrez

*Right on Chapala

*Right on Ortega

*Left on State St.

*Left into Paseo Nuevo Mall (perfect for a drink at Mel's or coffee where we can all be congregatin'. Also plenty of places to lock your bike).

Remember, have a light on your bike, don't start the group through redlights (but if it turns red on you, bomb it), keep a pace that everyone can enjoy, and No Rida Left Behind. This sounds longer than it is with minimal hills so don't be scared. Just remember The Waterboy - "You can do it!" Tell a gaggle of friends and we'll see you Friday.
