Hi Folks!

My name is Bill, aka Crazy Lacy and I'm 43 years old. I started Super Style II BMX Freestyle team in 1979. My team was later the first freestyle BMX crossover team to ride for Vans in 1982. I have lived in the High Desert since 1991. I'm from North Carolina, but grew up in Downey, Belflower, and Paramount in 1971 to 1990. I ride a Kuwahara BMX bike for freestyle and Mountian bikes. I mostly ride my 1980 Schwinn Beach Cruiser which I pull long wheelies on. LOL. I have been working with the Freestyle youth of Apple Valley for almost 4 years trying to get Freestyle Skatepark bikes allowed in our local skatepark, 3 diamond on Navajo Rd. It's been hard with no MAJOR supporters to the cause. I need bike shops to help support the products they sell. My wife and I, and a handful of youth go to town council meetings and do protest around town.
I've been working with Chuck and Pat Hanson and Hiedi Lemon with spausa.org on this issue. I'm the Apple Valley Chapter guy for SpaUsa which stands for ( Skateparks Of America). My 2 sons, Chris 21 and Corey 17 are some of the best freestylers up here and need sponsorship as do our cause. I will be on Chuck Hanson's 2nd Annual Ride on May 12, 2008 and look forward to meeting some of you.
