kogena.com - Kogena powstała w 2018 roku w wyniku rozmów przeprowadzonych z wieloma właścicielami start upów, firm oraz osobami, którym trudno odnaleźć się na rynku pracy. Zauważyliśmy, że dzisiaj sporym problemem jest znalezienie kwalifikowanych sprzedawców i doradców klienta, którzy spełniają oczekiwania pracodawców. Kogena oznacza w języku estońskim “doświadczenie” ponieważ to właśnie na doświadczenie stawiamy główny nacisk. Jesteśmy grupą doświadczonych i znających branżę praktyków sprzedaży i obsługi klienta. Pracowaliśmy zarówno dla międzynarodowych korporacji jak i dla małych i średnich firm. Wspólnie z doświadczonymi trenerami stworzyliśmy program intensywnych warsztatów, które “zrywają” z podstawowymi metodami szkoleniowymi jak nauka tylko i wyłącznie teorii kończąca się dyplomem bądź certyfikatem. Warsztaty Kogeny to intensywna praca, swoisty plac manewrowy na którym uczysz się, popełniasz błędy i dostajesz solidny feedback. Stawiamy nacisk na praktykę, ponieważ to właśnie tego oczekują dzisiaj pracodawcy. Kogena stworzyła 4 moduły : starter, sprzedaż, obsługa klienta oraz moduł “profi”. Na każdym z pakietów uczymy zarówno technik i metod odpowiednich danemu zagadnieniu jak i narzędzi, które przydają się w praktycznej pracy jako sprzedawca i doradca klienta. Oprócz tego uczymy również negocjacji, autoprezentacji czy asertywności. Zdajemy sobie sprawę, że kompetencje miękkie to szczególna umiejętność, która przydaje się w tej branży.W Kogenie lubimy powtarzać, że nie nauczysz się jazdy na rowerze oglądając tour de france, tak samo nie zdobędziesz doświadczenia i umiejętności oglądając prezentacje na youtubie czy odbywając kursy online. Musisz ćwiczyć, ćwiczyć, ćwiczyć. I taki właśnie trening czeka Cię na warsztatach Kogeny :)
