Bicing! "Bicing" is the community bike program that they started this year in Barcelona. It's not really geared toward outsiders--you have to have a yearly membership or something like that and these aren't available to out-of-towners in any way that I could discover. That's why I didn't use it. The people who live here sure do use it, though. Bicing is REALLY popular. You see the red-and-white Bicing bikes everywhere in Barcelona, all day and night.
