Hey all, lets take a moment and send a thank you to the detectives of the Valley Traffic Division who captured the Hit and Run Killer of Alex Romero. Yes, it is their job to capture hit and run killers, but it helps a LOT when they get thank yous and it encourages them to pay even more attention to crimes against cyclists. It can only be good to do. Use the subject line:

"CYCLIST WHO WOULD LIKE TO THANK VALLEY TRAFFIC DETECTIVES"

and write a personal note.

It is us. If we dont make ourselves heard we become invisible and drowned out by every other group who looks for protection from the police.

I hope people realize their power. The fact that we are literally an all volunteer force. There is no oil company or car industry backing us. Quite the opposite. Groups lile AAA and NMA and tons we arent aware of that are pushing and pushing for car culture.

Make your voice heard and get your comments in there to outshine the other voices.
