Metro Weekend Pass

So Metro now has a $10 weekend pass, started July 1...

Thats weird I read yesterday that they are bringing back the $5 day pass.

Alice that is Metrolink (commuter rail) has a 10 pass for the weekend.

and yes Metro (buses, subway and light rail) is going back to the $5 daily pass on Aug 1.

Oops that's right, Metro is not Metrolink...

Anyway much cheaper now to take those weekend trips away from the main part of Los Angeles. I've always thought that Metrolink costs too much...

Also on the Metrolink site..."The pass includes free transfers to connecting rail or bus service."

Wonder which bus services that includes? Anyway sounds like a better deal than Metrolink has been...can't wait to use it.;)

Good point on the free transfers. It may be a good deal if you use multiple agencies.

here are the participating agencies in the program, but express and zone fares are additional.
