Hit and run in Carson last night. They actually got the guy this time and charging him with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.

I have an old hard rock, with a 45 degree bend in the fork and a tacoed wheel.

who ever is going to put it up just call the bike oven and tell them you need a bike for a ghost bike. they cut up old frames to be recycled all the time, they will definitely save you one.

I have constructed two Ghost Bikes.
I live near Long Beach and I can help.
In my experience, a cheap, 99 cent store "pencil thin" cable lock works fine.
Just something to keep the bike from "walking away".
The main thing is the center triangle sign. I can make that for you.
The sooner we can get the bike installed, the better.
Good that they caught the P.O.S.

there has been a ghost bike in the valley... if you cant find one maybe that bike can be used... it is on laurel canyon going north passed victory... it has been there for awhile now... I do not know if that would be disrespectful to the ohter cyclist that was killed at that location...
