i was overwhelmed with calls and emails last week concerning LACM but unfortunately i didnt attend due to the flu.
LACM happened and im receiving the post LACM criticism.
but it really should be a public forum and everyone should express themselves freely.
who liked it? who didnt?
why?
what worked and what didnt?
ive been hearing a mixture of likes and dislikes in private, but who wants to talk LACM out in public?
well here is your chance.
What do you have to say concerning LACM Jan, 2011?
What do you wish to see for LACM Feb 2011?

I ended up arriving late and met up with LateCM.... which seemed to divide the ride into 2 groups.... I ended up riding with the "fast" group that kept a pretty good pace. Tthere were some issues with the fast group since the group couldn't get through red lights together which created separation amongst riders. We did not know the route or destination and had people scrambling on their phones to get information. I ended up stopping at La Cienega and Venice to eat at a food truck with the people I rode with.
It was cool hanging out there and watching groups of riders continue to trickle through Venice and La Cienega. I think the "slow" LateCM passed by too, not sure if they caught up to LACM (heard that is what they were going to do)...
with the LateCM concept...as long as people know what pace the group they choose to ride with then it is up to them to keep up. I would have also liked to know the destination because if I have mechanical issues, I can work on them and try to catch up.
