back of knee feels like its going to explode

the back of my right knee flares up after any ride, short or long.


idk what it is in there but something in there feels swollen.


anybody have similar problems?

 Hey KIMS my Girlfriend is a Dr. and I asked her what you should do heres what she said.

Ice it down after you ride and make sure you properly stretch out your quads and your hamstrings. Also she says to lay on your back and put a pillow below your knee extend the knee and hold it for 5 seconds the relax it for 5 seconds (repeat 30 times) 3 times a week.

 it could be this. I have problems with this after long rides. Stretching and a lower gear ratio usually do the trick though
