Nitto vs. Soma El Toro Pursuit bars

What's the difference between these two? Are the Nittos lighter or something? The materials they are made of? Because I noticed the Somas are at least 30 bucks cheaper.

 where are you buying them? the soma bar is like $40 and the nittos are like $40 online. But the somas are steel which is pretty idiotic for handlebars.

soma just buys shit from taiwan and slaps their sticker on it, nittos are made in japan.
