Reno seems to be a good place "in need".

After riding through this city a fair share of times, I notice a lack of any other riders whatsoever.
If any, I've only encountered the stereotypical, short-distance commuters.
Here's a little clip showing how desolated it is in that case.

I would love to.
Problem is that with my trucking job, my presense there will be sporadic.
I'll have to see if I could make contact with any cells of cyclists around that area.
The LBS's will be the first best bets.
I feel this is going to be kind of a distance "command and coordinate" operation.
Not unless I could establish a regional POC within the area.
