SF Bike Scene?

Hey kiddos.

So I'm moving to SF for work in a couple of weeks and expecting to experience some serious Ridazz withdrawal (C.R.A.N.K. mob cravings in particular).

Are there any fun rides going on up that there aren't super political and, ideally, have a theme or dance party involved?

Any websites or introductions would be very much appreciated. I know nothing about the Bay Area, let alone its bike scene.
