Hello, my name is Bob Corwin, my father lived at the base of Marmion Way since 1976 just off of the Glenablyn Walkway. He passed away last May just after his 86th birthday and my sister Debbie and I have decided to rent the place instead of selling.
The lot is 8140 sq feet with a 2 bed 1 bath home set in the middle. It has a 400 sq/ft 2 car garage and a 400 sq/ft shop or studio at the street level on Marmion Way. Parking is available also on the upper side facing Glenalbyn Drive. Great for anyone looking for a home with space to move their business or studio into. That place is awesome. If I was looking, that place would be mine.
A washer/dryer, two car garage, a fucking SHOP, and metro access is worth BIG bucks to me.
