Well if we leave from Scoops for Din Tai Fung in Arcadia (dintaifungusa.com,) it works out to 42 miles. Westside peeps could make this into a Metric Century pretty easily. How's the Sunday, Jan. 25th, 2009? The day before Chinese New Year's? If we want to be gluttons/masochists, we can stop at Vietnam House off of Las Tunas for Pho...

I don't think either of these restaurants offer much in the way of vegetarian food though... =/

Thoughts about the route and/or restaurant? To be safe, we should roll out at 7pm b/c last call for dumplings is just before 9pm.

re: Vegetarian. Don't many buddhists go vegetarian for the New Year, or am I mistaken? If so, I'm thinking the Chinese restaurant might have a veggie spread going on for the occasion. Of course., all the shops in Vietnam close for Tet, so it would be funny to roll out to a closed eatery.
