You couldn't keep me away from this ride. A Hollywood ride needs to be a once a month deal for sure. Midnight Ridazz every 2nd Friday is great, but I miss the good ol' smaller rides.

I'm heading out to this ride and may be bringing some people along.
A Hollywood group ride is long overdue.

CONGRATULATIONS to anonymitytheif on A FUCKING GREAT RIDE.
WOW.
Damn, this ride took me back..... only about 150 riders. It still felt huge AND the cops corked for us!!
I talked to them and they were VERY cool. Bicycle cops were with us too.
I know it sounds wrong but the cops really did make the ride enjoy-able. we definitely need to continue good relations with them.
also a big shout out to BIG BIKE DAN for providing the tunes and the whistle for safety. YOU RULE!

The cops did an outstanding job. The tunes were great. The people were great. The route was great. Riding bicycles is great. Isn't life grand?

Tonight effin' RULEZZZ! so much fun. and I agree - the cops were cool. they could have just fucked us up and shut us down, ticketed us but they didn't - instead (like you mentioned) they CORKED FOR US! sooo right-on!
i met some cool ridazz as well.

I talked to them. I told them hey we're still learning about how to ride as a mass... they just said obey the laws and STAY OUT OF THE LEFT LANE.
that's what brought some friendly interactions with motorists too... man
thanks again for the great ride "anonymitytheif"
also a shout out to the NH Ridazz. Lets get that valley ride going ASAP. We need to hit the valley.
I hit it every sunday to Reseda.
I kick it at Balboa park...... TO BLAZE IT!!

Great ride. I ended up going by myself and saw all the cops on the way in. But... when I saw the four LAPD officers on bikes riding with us... I just knew this was going to be fun. The one cruiser corking for us was great and brought a lot of attention to the ride. I was wondering where that loud, high piercing horn was coming from... I gotta get me one of those... thanks for that and the tunes BIG BIKE DAN. I'm glad I had a tune up a week before or else I'd had to walk down La Cienega from Sunset. That was kinda steep. You could smell all the breaks burning. I did get a flat on Santa Monica Blvd on the way home and didn't have my tire iron!! But... two ridazz stopped for me and helped w/ the tire change. Thanks Mik or Mic from and his lady from Whittier. Great ride. Great people. Until the next ride...

Last night was a fun, manageable ride with nice folks, good music and a *very helpful* LAPD.
The final glide down the Sunset Strip into LaCienega was better than any amusement park ride.
Special thanks to Anonymity Thief for the route and spoke cards!

I missed the ride...I was too busy getting my act together for our family vacation to Oh-ah-who next week.
I think we definitely need to work with the city's officials for rides with this much popularity. Its good for LA and its good for the ridazz. Together we can show the rest of the hipsters in other parts of the country and our state that LA is where its at. The police are obviously monitoring this website for event details along with everyone else who's interested in having a good ride.
Since the CruzWithUs ride is already an established thing out here, Brian (a shot of his cruiser with the sidecar is among the photos of the Take No Prisoners Ride) should naturally be the host for the Ridazz rides out here in the Valley. I'll just have to make an effort to pitch in and help with pre-rides, spoke cards, and all the other, uh, stuff that goes into putting on a ride.
Geez, I'm going to miss the CruzWithUs ride as well, aloha suckers.

Say something nice, or don't say anything at all... should I stick to that mantra here on Midnight Ridazz? I'll keep my complaints to myself...
I rode with NELA Critical Mass at 7. We rode from Highland Park to Lincoln Park, approx 10 miles, one serious hill. But it was fun, totally worth it. Conveniently we were headed to Downtown, so my little pack broke off and headed to Union Station to catch the Red Line to Western & Hollywood... just in time to watch the masses collect next to Jumbo's Clown Room for the Riot on Sunset Ride. It was a good ride, I even rode all the way home from West Hollywood to North East LA.
Thanks a LOT anonymitytheif, it was a great ride. I'm glad someone had the balls to take a mass ride through both Hollywood Blvd AND Sunset Blvd during "club" hours. I love splitting traffic so much.

I liked it alot as well, it ended close to my house, and I just wished I was still fixed gear for that big hill coming down off sunset, I need to sharpen my downhill brakeless skills. I got a spoke card, and I guess my spokes that I stuck it in were too loose, and the card too slippery, as I didn't have it at the end of the night, some homeless guy will hopefully find it and sport it on his cart somewhere. The only problem was finding the place, as I'm not familiar with the local places over there, I thought Jumbos was on sunset, but I caught some guys going by and tagged along with them to find Jumbos.

ok so that was my first ride in LA... It was awesome!!! i love traffic, and riding in cities... everyone there was totally nice too, i went with my brother, who lives in LA, but his crank fell off right after the first stop, so he told me to go ahead and finish the ride without him. thanks to the thief for setting up an amazing ride, and thanks to all the other riders who were totally welcoming... I will be in LA for the next big ride, and if any of you know people who want to plan shit like this in the San Diego area, he me up i am down, but i suck at getting large groups together!
