I saw a group of about 5 bikes riding up pico near barrington this evening with trailers and flags that looked like they carried musical instruments! who it is?

 That's Blind Pilot from Portland, OR. I met them while riding home the other day, they were on the way to Spaceland for a show. They also played last night at Molly Malone's. I think they are on tour right now.
