anybody need a place to stay?

i may be willing to offer one of the riders a room to stay in a fabulous noho arts district apartment literally 3 blocks from the red line station.

its a 1 bedroom, and you'll take the bedroom. rent is only 450 a month utilities included.

e-mail me at mail [at] ijunes [dotcom] there is no lease agreement and running month to month, i just dont need the extra room and its pretty pricey without the extra.

 its an awesome price. the studio that got rented out in the back of the building just went for 1100. The 1 bedrooms in the newly developed areas are starting at 1700 and they're fucking 1 block from where i am. along a main street with the historic Circus Liquor. Plus a pool in the back. Cats and small dogs OK!
