 I looked into starting it as well, however I couldn't even find the software and I was low on funds anyway so I gave up a few months ago.

 That guy was at the 20 last week. Jim built him 3 identical bikes for racing. I think he left some rollers at the 20 to be set up at a later date. I spoke to him briefly about the set-up and he said that the rollers he'll be using are E-Motion Roller Trainers or something like it.

 interesting... i wonder what sort of funding he has, or if it's just a one man operation, I would expect that he'd publicize it a little better than just posting up some esoteric forum.

Either way, LA GoldSprints is an awesome idea, and I found a link to the software yesterday if anyone's interested in setting up some "competition"...
