I guess sacrificing a tube to the flat demons prior to the start of the ride was enough to keep my tires unpunctured for the duration. There were certainly plenty who suffered pressure loss along the route , and I attribute that mainly to any off-path or near off-path riding along the L.A. River Bikeway. There are thorns a-plenty lurking on the fringes and with so many bikes on so narrow a space, there was just little that could be done to avoid it.
Since my first Ridazz in December I have never failed to enjoy myself and this was positively no exception. Sure there were things that could have been different to make the experience better, but I'll refrain from any Saturday morning quarterbacking and just say that this did nothing to lessen my love and respect for Midnight Ridazz.
