I wanted to take it easy as far as miles go today, but at least still get a decent workout.


So anyways, I am going up Mandeville canyon at 7:30 today, and I want some people join me.


So come if you want, its not a race, its just getting to the top without getting off your bike. And afterwards we will cruise on down to taco tuesday. Its only 10 miles up and down!

so, i can't tonight, last minute craziness has developed and i am needed elsewhere, but i totally want to do this -- can we pick another night - wednesday? thursday?

i'd rock it out.. anyone else?

I'm supposed to do Mandeville tomorrow morning with Cynergy at 630a. Ha.

Just remember, it doesn't count unless you touch the green gate. And watch out for psycho Doctors.
