Hit and Run in Covina

I was informed at work today that a student that rode his bike off the Metrolink train was involved in a hit and run on Citrus avenue. If any Covina ridazz or east enders know who this person is or have any information, please contact me at agonzalez@ci.covina.ca.us I would like to talk to the person to make sure that they are okay and to see what information we could get to investigate the hit and run. The police did not have a report filed on the incident and I would like as much information as possible to see if we can track this car down. The cyclist could have been a student at Cal State LA, Citrus College, Mount SAC, Azusa Pacific, or USC - those are the main schools that I know are in our commuter base.
