riders,
I posted a couple days ago for my bike which got stolen in downtown LA.
10 minutes ago I get a call from the thief saying he pawned it! He saw my ad in LA Weekly or OC Weekly. I could barely understand what he said and he hung up before I could find out where.
So close... after all the effort in searching. Why should I lose hope now? He could still call back.
Does anyone know how to trace private numbers?

yo..... you have to find out who this douche bag is. this is your missiong in life at this moment in time. put off everything else you might have been doing and get going... call them dicks or *69 the bastard.

i think it was a couple of idiots playing a joke on me. Someone called later posing as the pawn shop and hang up when I asked them to describe the bike. Plus, they told me its at 5th and Wilmington blvd/ave in Los Angeles, which doesn't exist. Some people can be really cruel. Treat your fellow man with respect always even if he or she is a certified ass.
