I'm about to Laminate my Spoke Cards for this Friday's Midnight Ridazz ride.

I can do long sheets of laminating for $1.50/sq. ft. I can also buy a box of sheets for $53.99 +tax (100 sheets).

Anyone have a less expensive way?

And for those who make borderless spoke cards, are they really laminated? Or are they Sticky sheets?

Stevo, someone left a pile of cut spoke cards here. It's a pretty large stack.

joe posted this a while back...I've been meaning to check it out.

I use the laminate machine in Pasadena on Colorado at this Teachers school supply store near the corner of El Molino Same block as the Pasadena Playhouse ( The old United Artists Theater).

They have a wide format Laminator about 18 inches wide on a continuous roll of laminate,. They charge 40 cents per foot and if you print your work on a card like stock paper, this machine will be perfect for spoke cards and is inexpensive. You have my number. Give me a call and I'll tell you more about it.

I can fit 9 in a row at a time and it goes by quickly and cheaply. Ive used it for all my spoke cards on rides.

Well, that sounds like a hell of a lot cheaper than my $1.50 and uses the same kind of system.

Joe, Elizabeth, etc. anyone happen to come up with a tel # or address? It may be worth the gas for me to take a trip to Pasadena.

Ok, Angels is now $.49/sq. ft. Still a great deal compared to my local shop and i don't think they'll be able to match the price and save me a trip to Pasadena.

I think i'll go out tomorrow after my early morning training ride.
