Looking for a website designer

A premium denim company of which my company has a very strong relationship with is looking to launch a new website for one of their divisions.

My company is looking to contract someone out that can provide a quotation with good communication skills and can actually do the work.

I have tons of resumes I can sift thru but would rather give this opportunity to some1 within the community who could use the work. I don't expect this to be to time intensive as a shopping cart solution ISN'T part of this project; Design only.
