 3 kiddie bikes welded one in front of the other, not on top.
26" front wheel. 12" rear wheel. 3' seat post.

 This is a stretch ... Angle a tandem at 30-45 degrees like it's doing a wheelie. Weld the new ''front'' wheel from the middle or front chain ring. Or both, even. Too tall can ride shotgun and his shorter counterpart can ride behind, and both would barelt touch the ground. Seats can be angled flat and handlebars dropped down for a non-stretched reach.
