Who can weld broken steel fram

Hey there,
my Sloughi steel frame broke a few weeks ago. It's an Italian road frame and I love that thing!
Some one told me it can be fixed by a person who can weld frames and is good at it!
Does anyone know that person?

 Go see Morey at the Bike Factory in North Hollywood.

He is at Burbank and Woodman, right off the bike path, he can
fix it fo sho!

 i have a frame in need of this for the future, (broken vertical backdrop) its a 83-85 cannondale road bike but i dont have the peice that fell off. can they weld my broken heart ?
