July 9th, 2008 (German Ride) NEED ROUTE HELP

Alright so Alpine Village is totally cool with having us bicycle riders stop in after the ride. They stop serving food around 8-9 p.m. but they have a bar that's open and there will be a band playing as well....now for the route. I thought it would be fun to start at the German Consulate on 6222 Wilshire Blvd.

As for the route that has been a battle to plan because I'm not familar with the area. Bike Metro is down right now so I quickly punched in the two address and this is the most straight forward route I got. Is this a suicide route?

Head east on Wilshire Blvd toward S Fairfax Ave
right at S Western Ave
Turn left at W 120th St
right at S Normandie Ave
Turn left at Torrance Blvd

Metro Bus 550 can get people back from Torrance to LA.
