Looking for surf board used as bike trailer

Hello

I am considering taking a bicycle trip and want to make it a combo with surfing. I saw a person that had a setup where their surf board was setup so with wheels where at one end and the other end of the board attached to the bike. If someone has this setup already setup it would be great to come and check it out. I want to see how it feels to ride with a surf board trailer.
